jagriti yatra ...sounds amazing

hey this one seems pretty cool , i mean although i m not a part of it ..but still the videos and the photographs have had me interested me to a limit that i can't wait to get selected and going on this trip .
Jagrti Yatra a concept that emerged way 10 years back after 50 years of independence is
a train journey across India to meet with and learn from bottom-up innovators and entrepreneurs who are changing, challenging and redefining India today. Four hundred youth, over sixteen days, across thirteen cities. You cant get a better oppurtunity to see your own country India in all her majesty.
with people coming from London School of Economics,US of A,cooporate world ,the journey is all about the transition of the nation, its analysis and addition of the more reactive elements in the process i.e WE THE YOUTH.

On board the train would be 450 of India's brightest stars between 18-25 – the next generation of Indian leaders. The aim of the journey would be to introduce the youngsters to heroes who through innovation and perseverance have undertaken a difficult challenge and have had a significant impact. The aim of the Yatra is to instill in the youth through example, teaching and dialog, the feeling they can 'be the change' that India needs

On Board the train, they would host the real heroes, engaging in dialogue with them to understand their successes.add to that guest lectures, management professors and entrepreneurs from across the world, hoping to learn from them global best practices. The idea is to expose the future leaders of India to the current leaders of the world and to inspire and motivate them towards realising the Indian dream.

Perhaps the best part of the journey is the very fact that it targets a group a people who have nothing to lose but still everything at stake..
the journey is all about how can we as a inseparable par of this nation contribute to its BUILDING and real growth in real sense.

We infact needed something as intense as this badly coz everytime concepts like these emerge out of brialliant minds ,they are posponed till tomorrow
they are left to be done ,discussed upon tomorrow
at a time wen their implication is the need of the hour ...
i truely salute the conceptulizers and founders of jagriti yatra for giving us all an amazing oppurtunity to make a difference.

for those who feel motivated rather than feeling inspired do check

and make your point.

these lyrics perfectly depict the founders of the YATRA....
Nickel Back--if everybody cared..

From underneath the trees, we watch the sky
Confusing stars for satellites
I never dreamed that you'd be mine
But here we are, we're here tonight

Singing Amen, I'm alive
Singing Amen, I'm alive

If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
We'd see the day when nobody died

And I'm singing

Amen I, I'm alive
Amen I, I'm alive

And in the air the fireflies
Our only light in paradise
We'll show the world they were wrong
And teach them all to sing along

Singing Amen I'm alive
Singing Amen I'm alive

If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
We'd see the day when nobody died

If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
We'd see the day when nobody died

And as we lie beneath the stars
We realize how small we are
If they could love like you and me
Imagine what the world could be

If everyone cared and nobody cried
If everyone loved and nobody lied
If everyone shared and swallowed their pride
We'd see the day when nobody died

We'd see the day, we'd see the day
When nobody died
We'd see the day, we'd see the day
When nobody died
We'd see the day when nobody died
